Capitol Hill Children of Deaf Parents (CHCDP) is a group of deaf parents in Washington DC who are committed to ensuring their young deaf and hearing children experience a wonderful well-rounded urban life.

In the warm and neighborly spirit of Capitol Hill, these parents host various events including an annual Halloween bash, an annual Christmas party, a Valentine gathering, and more. They also convene at various events in Washington DC and the suburbs of the metropolitan area. CHCDP’s goal is simple – to provide their young deaf and hearing children with fun-filled memories while growing up in the Nation’s capitol.
